I hope you can read this (below), they remind me of a few kids I know! Have a great weekend! TM : ) P.S. This cartoon was found on the internet to make you smile. It is not mine, I didn't draw it, I don't own it, so I need to give credit to the guy who created it. I'm good like that! : ) Fox Trot
Hi! How'd your week go? What ever your answer is, the week is coming to an end and you can return to breathing normal! I'm just teasing, but I know sometimes it feels like we're running a marathon when we homeschool our children and there is no finish line in sight. So now that it's Friday, take a few minutes to reflect on what you have accomplished this past week. And you know what? I bet if you write it down, you'll discover how much you really did. Let me try...
Sometimes the week doesn't end quick enough. Other times, there is not enough time in the week. Either way, please remember to breathe and give yourself a pat on the back. You accomplished another week of teaching your kids to be the best that they can be. Good for you!
Have a happy, happy Friday and a wonderful weekend! TM : ) Hey! It's Friday! We did it! Tracy, stop yelling! lol Okay, just in case you don't know what lol is... laughing out loud. Hey! I'm yelling again! I've got an idea! Let's have some Friday fun and see if you can guess what all the short cut text stands for. Obviously me calling it a 'short cut text' means I probably wouldn't know what the meaning is either! lol I've got lol down... : )
This one's my favorite- *$ Okay, here we go... 1. B/C 2. BFF 3. XME 4. W8 5. TTFN Have a great weekend and I'll post answers through comments. TM : ) I saw this quote and I just had to share. Curriculum for today...
Treat the earth well, It was not given to you by your parents, It was loaned to you by your children. -Indian Proverb Have a wonderful weekend! TM : ) The weather is cooling down where I live. The radio started playing Christmas music today. It's Friday. I'm getting excited that the holidays are right around the corner and I'm in a great mood!
Today's curriculum? Writing lists. Thanksgiving menu, shopping list, to do list... doesn't that count for writing and organization? I let my youngest be in charge of the list. She sits at the counter and writes while I call out what we need in the pantry. She reads it to me during the planning and the shopping, and she remind me what we need to do and what we need to get. You won't find this curriculum in a textbook. This is fun learning at its best! Have a cozy weekend! TM : ) |
